I. Engage in intensive study and training on teaching and learning materials and lesson delivery including lesson study, KCCP , IPeCK
II. Design specialized, coordinated and collaborative capacity-building programmes for teachers in subject content and pedagogy
III. Intensify institutionalization and scaling of on-going capacity-building programmes
IV. Identify STEM schools and introduce “STEM” curriculum based on the Zambia Curriculum Framework
V. Complete the establishment of the training Centre
VI. Implement the four-year Improvement of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (IPeCK) project in partnership with JICA
VII. Implement the KCCP for Zambia and Africa countries at NSC
